How do I place an order?
Order anytime or at delivery@blueplatechicago.com. Also, feel free to give us a call Monday – Friday (9 am – 5 pm) at 312-377-0927.
What is your order deadline?
Orders must be confirmed with payment by 5pm two business days prior to delivery.
Are there any minimums?
We have a $250 subtotal order minimum. Many of our items have a 10 count order minimum, and are noted on our menu.
Can you provide delivery food on real equipment?
We are able to assist you with sourcing non-disposable equipment for an additional charge.
Are disposables included?
Disposables and serving equipment are included with standard delivery orders. If you have serving equipment that you would like to reuse on site, let us know so we can exclude them to reduce waste.
How does the food arrive?
Our food arrives ready-to-serve and our drivers will set up the entire buffet for you upon their arrival.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We are able to accommodate for most dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. Other restrictions can be accommodated for with advanced notice.
